What are the design specifications?

We want your designs to look great. In order to help us do this please ensure that your design or logo is in PNG format, 300 DPI and has a transparent background.

If you need us to check you design or logo to ensure it meets the required specification, please contact us.

Please note that we may charge for this service.

What products do we use for our designs?

For the majority of our designs we use good quality DTF (direct to film transfers).

How do I care for my product?

We want your product to look great when you wear it and you can help us keep it that way by following a few care instructions:

1. Wash inside out

2. Wash at 30 degrees

3. Avoid fabric softeners

4. Do not tumble dry

5. Iron inside out

What should I do if I cannot find the colour or item I want?

Please just contact us, a member of the team will be happy to help you.

How do I work out what size I need?

Mens Sizes: XS - 30/32, S - 34/36, M - 38/40, L - 42/44, XL - 46/48, 2XL - 50/52

Womens Fit Sizes: S - 8/10, M - 10/12, L - 12/14, XL - 14/16

Kids Sizes: XS - 3/4 - 24/26, S - 5/6 - 26/28, M - 7/8 - 30/32, L - 9-11 - 32/34, XL - 12-13 - 34/36

Workwear:

Mens: XS - 33/34, S - 35/37, M - 38/40, L - 41/43, XL - 44/47, 2XL - 48/50

Womens: XS - 8, S - 10, M - 12, L - 14, XL - 16

Is there a minimum number of products which can be ordered?

There are minimum order restrictions in place for Workwear and Sports collections only.

To purchase from these collections you must purchase at least 3 items. These can be any product from across the collection range.

The reason for this is that workwear and sports products are not kept in stock and we have to order them specifically for every order.

What is I want to order a large number of items?

Please contact use if you want to order a large number of items, that way we can discuss stock, turnaround time and production.

How long will it take for my item to be processed?

We will endeavour to process your order within 5-7 working days. If your order is delayed we will notify you.We will always try to be flexible so if you have an urgent order or need to meet a specific target date, please contact us on plh.printstudio@gmail.com with your request and we will do our best to accommodate you. 

How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

Delivery will be made 2-4 working days after production. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays by the carrier company.

Production and shipping times for customised items are subject to us checking and approving your artwork proof.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs £4.99 (on orders up to 20kg).

What is your returns policy?

Returns and refunds

Please check designs and orders before payment. Once a product has been customised, returns are not accepted and no refund will be given. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
